Information is collected and stored by CIRCOM Regional Secretariat, which you can contact any time at prix@circom-regional.eu. As programmes entered in the competition might be, under the rules stated in Prix CIRCOM Rules of Entry, exchanged between CIRCOM member stations, the e-mail addresses entered in the online form under "Contact for entry" might be shared with CIRCOM Regional National Coordinators when necessary for such exchange.
